The parties shall make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) days of the initial notice. If the dispute is not resolved within this period, either party may proceed with formal legal action as permitted under Section 16.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
19. WAIVER
The failure of the Firm to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective only if made in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of the Firm.
